Well established Midlands firm has a new vacancy for a Family Solicitor. You will be commercially astute, be confident in running your own caseload and be responsible for the following:
- Private Law Children Matters
- Divorce
- Financial Settlements
- Separation
- Domestic Violence
- Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements
- Cohabitee disputes
