Description
As a media solicitor you will be working for the law firm, but with a focus on one client in the media space.
- Provide legal advice to a household media name on a wide range of issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various media-related contracts.
- Support clients in complying with relevant media laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and negotiations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction.
Profile
A successful media solicitor should have/be:
- An England & Wales qualified Solicitor
- Excellent knowledge of media laws and regulations.
- Strong negotiation and client management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
