Overview
The Marketing Programmes Manager is responsible for working closely with the Senior Manager to build, deliver and evaluate aligned multi-channel go-to-market strategies for specific disciplines, in line with the business strategic goals that drive brand awareness, candidate and client engagement and revenue growth

Description
- Responsible for building and executing aligned go-to-market strategies to deliver on client leads, candidate sourcing where applicable and profitable conversion rate targets.
- Delivering discipline plans that meet local needs of the brand’s objectives in the UK
- Responsible for project managing hero programmes and adapting and localising campaigns from global and regional to the needs of the UK
- Collaborate with the Channel team to develop effective, prioritised marketing programmes to leverage owned, paid, and earned channels to deliver on growth.
- Work with the content team to deliver an ongoing article programme to enhance our awareness in recruitment
- Drive awareness of the brand and its key brands among an external audience
- Ensure consistent Customer Value Proposition and brand messaging across the market
Profile
- Agency experience preferred, though not essential
- Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail / accuracy
- Proven experience of influencing senior stakeholders
- Knowledge / experience with the full marketing mix
