The position is ideal for someone that is studying towards their AAT, has competent experience processing invoices, managing the debtors ledger as well as the ability to analyse and reconcile the bank.
Description
Duties and tasks of the Finance Officer:
- Providing administrative assistance to the finance team
- Overseeing juniors work ensuring accurate postings
- Process purchase invoices
- Raise sales invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for invoice payment resolution
- Bank reconciliations and analysis
- Producing reports and journals
- Assisting with budget, forecasts and analysis variances
Profile
To be successful as the Finance Officer you will have:
- Previous experience assisting with budgets and forecasts
- Excellent ability with accounting systems and Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively to financial and no financial members
