Litigation Solicitor – Exeter

Excellent opportunity to join a long-established law firm with a strong market presence in the South West market.

The Litigation Department deals with a broad range of civil litigation work to include property disputes, residential landlord and tenant matters, contract and debt disputes, and commercial disputes.

They are looking to bolster the team with a litigation solicitor to run small claims and FastTrack cases with little supervision, Intermediate Track cases with some supervision, and assist a partner on Multi Track Cases.

The successful candidate will have about 3 to 5 years litigation experience in total, and could be a senior paralegal, a CILEX, or a solicitor.

This is a full time post. You must be able to work in the office (Exeter) most of your week, although an element of hybrid working is available once you have passed your probation.

Involvement in the firm’s marketing and business development plan, and attending networking and social events, is an important part of the job.
