The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and talented General Manager for a large-scale business. It is a unique opportunity to take the helm of a high-volume, wet-led venue and lead a team at the top of their game. If you have a strong background in managing high-volume venues and multi-site operations, we want to hear from you!
The Ideal Candidate:
* A strong background in wet-led venues with experience managing high-volume operations (£200k+ per week desirable)
* Experience managing multiple sites or multi-use venues with proven leadership abilities
* Solid experience in managing and motivating large teams (100+ employees)
* Experience in working alongside kitchen and events teams to create a seamless operation
* Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, P&L, and profitability
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of a high-volume venue (or multiple venues), ensuring efficiency and exceptional service standards
* Lead and manage large teams of 100+ employees, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability
* Work closely with kitchen and events teams to coordinate seamless service and events execution
* Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and improve guest experiences
* Manage large budgets and oversee P&L for the business, with a focus on maintaining profitability and performance
