My client is a growing organisation in the not-for-profit sector looking for a Personal Assistant to join their business in Nuneaton.
Description
- Providing comprehensive support to a senior executive, including diary management.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and briefs as required.
- Coordinating meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.
- Liaising with stakeholders.
- Handling confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents for meetings.
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations to support various projects.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for the executive.
- Performing other administrative duties as required.
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
- Experience as a Personal Assistant is desirable
- Proficiency in Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and accounting software is desirable.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- An understanding of Property administration is highly desirable.
- A high level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information
- Can commute to Nuneaton
Job Offer
- A competitive salary range of between £29,000 and £32,500 per annum.
