Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, cook, and present breakfast dishes to a high standard.
* Ensure timely service to meet breakfast rush demands.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients.
* Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Adapt menus based on guest preferences and dietary requirements.
* Assist in setting up and clearing down the kitchen before and after service.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a breakfast chef or in a similar kitchen role.
* Strong cooking skills, especially in breakfast cuisine.
* Ability to work efficiently under time pressure.
* Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
* Team player with excellent organisational skills.
* Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
