Description

  • Prepare and analyse financial forecasts, budgets, and variance reports.
  • Provide actionable insights to guide business strategies and decisions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand and align financial objectives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and present findings to senior management.
  • Assist in streamlining financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Deliver insightful commercial performance reporting and dashboarding to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and joint ventures to identify opportunities for value creation.
  • Lead automation and reporting improvements in a BI-focused environment.
  • Support statutory reporting and ensure alignment with financial controls.
  • Drive system implementations and enhancements in collaboration with IT and finance teams.

Profile

A successful FP&A – Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
  • Strong FP&A and commercial finance experience.
  • Proven ability to build and automate dashboards using BI tools and SQL.
  • Experience in system implementations and partnering across functions.
  • Exposure to joint ventures and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong communicator with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach.
