Residential Property Associate/Senior Associate – Bath
A top 100 UK law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Property lawyer to join their Bath office during an exciting phase of growth. This is a great opportunity to work on a broad mix of conveyancing matters from first-time buyers to clients with extensive property portfolios.
You’ll manage your own caseload, working closely with partners and colleagues to deliver high-quality legal advice and excellent client service. Expect to be involved in acquisitions, disposals, project work, and client-facing transactions. You’ll also play a key role in business development, helping grow the team’s profile and your own network.
Our client are looking for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx with around 3 years PQE and solid experience in residential property. You’ll be confident managing your own caseload, be commercially minded, and keen to contribute to the team’s success.
Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to client care and business development.
