We’re recruiting a standout General Manager to lead one of London’s most exciting new pub and bar openings.
Based in the heart of Covent Garden, this huge, multi-faceted venue will be a true playground for adults – combining an incredible craft beer bar, a high-quality restaurant, entertainment and multiple revenue streams under one roof.
With projected first-year sales of over £12 million, this is a serious leadership opportunity requiring exceptional commercial ability, energy and presence.

You must have experience managing a team of 50+ people within a venue consistently taking more than £120,000 per week.
Alternatively, you may be a high-performing Operations or Area Manager ready to step back into site and take ownership of one almighty flagship venue.

The Role:
