Job Title: Insurance Structured Finance Associate- US law firm
Salary: £185,000-£230,000
PQE Level: partner
Contract Type: Permanent

Our client is a prestigious US law firm with a well-established London office and a strong finance focus.
Role:
Advising UK and European insurers on a wide range of securitisation and structured products including:
- SRT transactions
- Matching adjustment eligible bonds
- Rated note feeders
- Insured bonds

Successful candidate:
- 4-6 PQE- England & Wales qualified solicitor
- Must have strong securitisation and structured products experience within a UK law firm
- Must have experience of advising insurance clients
