Job Title: Non-Contentious Construction Senior Associate- Top 100 Firm- Public Sector clients
Salary: £85,000-£95,000
PQE Level: 6+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

Our client is a Top 100 law firm with a strong City office.
Role:
Providing non-contentious construction advice to public sector clients including government, education, social housing.
- JCT and NCT contracts
- Collateral warranties
- Professional appointments
- Security documents including parent company guarantees and security bonds

- 6+PQE- England & Wales qualified solicitor
- At least 6 years non-contentious construction experience including UK law firm experience
