Job Title: Corporate Associate- City office- Offshore law firm
Salary: £120,000-£130,000
PQE Level: 6-8 PQE

Our client is an offshore law firm with an expanding London office.
Role:
- Joining the London office, you will focus on corporate law in the BVI, Bermuda and Cayman Islands
- M&A
- ECM
- Reorganisations and restructuring
- Redomiciliations

Successful candidate:
- 6-8 PQE- England & Wales or Commonwealth qualified
- At least 6 years corporate law experience in the UK or offshore
