Associate – Commercial – Bristol – Hybrid
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Solicitor to join a high-performing team that advises on some of the most innovative technology, digital transformation and commercial projects in the market.
This role offers exposure to cutting-edge work across a diverse client base, from global businesses and financial institutions to fast-growing technology companies and disruptors. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, advising on complex commercial arrangements that help shape the future of technology and business.

Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on technology procurement, implementation and licensing agreements
- Supporting outsourcing, managed services and digital transformation projects
- Working on AI, emerging technology and fintech-related matters
- Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts and strategic partnerships
- Assisting clients with technology-driven business models and commercialisation projects
The successful individual will have gained experience within a respected commercial or technology practice and will possess excellent drafting, analytical and client relationship skills. An interest in digital innovation, AI and the evolving technology landscape would be highly advantageous.
