Job Title: Employment Partner- Boutique Employment firm- City
Salary: £85,000-£100,000
PQE Level: Partner

Our client is a boutique employment law firm based in the City.
Role:
Contentious and non-contentious employment advice for employers and senior executives.
- Employment tribunal litigation to include unfair dismissal, equal pay claims, whistleblowing
- Senior exec work to include settlement agreements, exists, bonuses/incentives
- Litigation around breach of RCs and confidential information
- Corporate support including TUPE, reorgs, restructuring, mass redundancies
- Workplace investigations

Successful candidate:
- 10+ PQE England & Wales qualified solicitor
- At least 10 years UK employment law experience at partner or senior associate level
- Strong employment tribunal experience
- Strong BD skills
