Job Title: Employment Associate- Boutique City law firm
Salary: £60,000-£62,000
PQE Level: 1-2 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent

Our client is a boutique City law firm with a strong employment practice.
Role:
Contentious and non-contentious employment advice for employers and senior executives.
- Employment tribunal litigation to include unfair dismissal, equal pay claims, whistleblowing
- Senior exec work to include settlement agreements, exists, bonuses/incentives
- Litigation around breach of RCs and confidential information
- Corporate support including TUPE, reorgs, restructuring, mass redundancies
- Workplace investigations

- 1-2 PQE England & Wales qualified solicitor
- At least 1 years UK employment law experience
- Strong employment tribunal experience
