General Manager – Quick Service Restaurant
Location: Columbia, MO
Salary: Hourly | Equivalent to $80,000 + Bonus
We’re partnering with a successful franchisee of a well-established Quick Service Restaurant brand on the search for a General Manager to lead one of their high-performing locations in Columbia, Missouri. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, people-focused leader who loves being at the heart of the operation and has a genuine passion for building strong teams and delivering great results. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, lead from the front and play a key role in maintaining a positive, high-performing team culture. What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading all day-to-day restaurant operations
- Recruiting, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
- Driving guest satisfaction through exceptional service and operational consistency
- Managing scheduling, labour, food costs, inventory, and daily financial performance
- Ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently maintained
- Monitoring operational KPIs and driving continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Previous General Manager experience within a Quick Service restaurant
- Hands-on experience working with fryer-based operations is required
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop successful teams
- Strong operational and financial understanding of restaurant management
- Passion for hospitality, consistency, and creating a great workplace culture
