This is an outstanding opportunity to join a respected investment business with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client outcomes and managing long-term relationships with high-net-worth investors.

The successful individual will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth across the region, engaging with qualified high-net-worth prospects, building trusted relationships, and generating new assets under management. Supported by dedicated portfolio management and client service teams, this role offers the opportunity to focus on what you do best: developing client relationships, delivering consultative investment solutions, and closing new business within a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment.

The Opportunity

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will engage with high-net-worth prospects through qualified leads provided by the business, identifying opportunities and scheduling face-to-face meetings. You will be responsible for developing new client relationships and generating new assets under management.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role that combines high-volume outreach with consultative sales. While no cold calling is required, success is driven by proactive engagement, relationship building, and the ability to close new business.

You will be supported by dedicated portfolio management and client service teams who oversee client onboarding and ongoing relationship management, enabling you to focus on business development and revenue generation. The role reports directly to a senior leader within the organisation.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrable and consistent success in selling investment solutions to stock market investors.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Proven and measurable track record of winning new investor business.
  • Strong commercial drive with a highly target-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment and taking calculated risks.
  • Exceptional consultative sales and closing skills.
  • Positive and resilient attitude, viewing challenges as opportunities for growth.
  • High levels of energy, activity, and persistence.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.
