Public sector client in the Kettering area are looking for an organised and experienced Administrator to join their team.
Description
* Working within the Acquisitions Department
* Part of the wider Admin team
* Dealing with property acquisitions and all related admin
* Assisting Housing Officers
Profile
* Organised and good communicator
* Previous admin experience gained from an Estate Agent, Letting Agent or Conveyancing background
* Competent with spreadsheets and databases
* Working on a project in a brand new role
* Able to commute to Kettering on a daily basis (some hybrid/flexibility but majority of role is based on site)
Job Offer
* 3 Month Agency Contract
* Potential to go permanent at the end of the Project
* Brand new role!
* 37 Hours/Week Monday to Friday
* Based on site in Kettering but with a little flexibility for hybrid to be discussed
* Weekly Pay
* £12.21/Hour + Holiday Pay
