Chadwick Nott are assisting this regional based firm with their recruitment to bolster their successful housing management team.

You will enjoy a varied diet of high quality work advising clients in relation to disrepair claims, anti-social behaviour, social and housing fraud, injunctions and possession claims, property and land disputes including adverse possession and access to neighbouring land, traveller sites and leasehold, shared ownership and estate management.

The successful candidate should have 3 + years of housing law or litigation experience with excellent communication skills.
