Area Manager – Franchise Business Consultant,  Northwest | QSR – Salary up to £55,000 | Multi-site role

We’re supporting a high-growth QSR brand that’s scaling quickly across the UK. With growth comes complexity, and they’re now looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take full ownership of the Northwest region.

This is not a “steady state” environment. The business is moving fast, evolving daily, and needs someone who enjoys building structure, raising standards, and bringing clarity to pace. You’ll be trusted to shape how things are done on the ground, not simply enforce a finished playbook.

You’ll manage a mixed estate of company-owned and franchised restaurants, requiring strong commercial judgement, adaptability, and confident stakeholder management.

The Role

  • Full responsibility for operational performance across multiple QSR sites in the North West
  • Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and franchise partners
  • Embed operational standards while continuously improving ways of working
  • Identify gaps in performance, capability, or process and implement practical solutions
  • Use data, KPIs, and insight to drive consistency, profitability, and guest experience
  • Act as the operational bridge between head office and the field, ensuring alignment and execution
  • Support growth by helping stabilise existing sites while preparing for future expansion

About You

This role will suit someone who:

  • Has multi-site QSR or high-volume hospitality experience
  • Is comfortable working in fast-moving, evolving environments
  • Enjoys problem-solving and building structure where it doesn’t yet exist
  • Is confident using systems, reports, and data to inform decisions
  • Leads with credibility, balance, and accountability
  • Isn’t afraid to be hands-on when the situation calls for it
