Chef de Cuisine, French Cuisine – New York, NY – Up to $130k

We’re on the lookout for a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead daily kitchen operations at an upscale French restaurant, part of a renowned hospitality group. This position will oversee and train kitchen staff, insure kitchen efficiency and labor costs, and help with the coordination of purchasing.

Chef de Cuisine Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a Chef de Cuisine or in a comparable leadership role within a fine dining environment.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with French cuisine.
  • Prior background working in a Michelin-starred restaurant or under a Michelin-starred chef is essential.
  • Active and up-to-date Food Handler’s certification required.
  • Proven ability to lead kitchen operations with precision, creativity, and consistency.
