Civil Litigation Solicitor – Bristol
This large insurance company are seeking to hire a civil litigation solicitor to join their civil litigation team in Bristol. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment, while gaining valuable experience in civil litigation.
Role:
- Managing a caseload of civil litigation matters to include consumer contracts, professional indemnity and inheritance matters.
- Working on pre litigated and litigated matters from inception to proceedings, including Court attendance.
- Providing support to senior team members on complex and higher value matters.
- Building and maintaining client relationships, progressing claims in a timely manner in line with the client’s insurance policy.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with experience in civil litigation.
- Solid understanding of contract litigation and experience of small claims and fast track litigation.
- Legal Expenses Insurance experience is desired but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills

Salary: £35000 – £45000 per annum
