Commercial Property Solicitor – Bristol
Legal 500 listed Commercial Property team are seeking a commercial property solicitor with atleast 2 years’ PQE to join their success. You will be joining the team in Bristol on a hybrid basis.
Role:
- As the commercial property solicitor, you will be managing a varied commercial property caseload to include; acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work and development projects.
- You’ll be providing legal advice to a range of client across a range of sectors.
- Maintaining and building strong client relationships through business development activities.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 PQE in commercial property from a reputable commercial property practice.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to handle complex commercial property transactions.
- Proven business development experience.
- Good academics.
