Commercial Solicitor – Bristol
We are looking for a commercial solicitor to join this Top 100 firm in their successful commercial team, based in Bristol. This commercial team are in a great period of growth, so are looking for a commercial solicitor with atleast 2 years’ experience in IT and commercial law.
This commercial solicitor will be working on large scale projects for both public and private sector clients. Your work load will include working on large scale IT projects for government, local authorities healthcare bodies and housing associations, along with private sector companies. This will include outsourcing arrangements and general commercial contracts with an IT focus.
Ideally, this role will suit a commercial solicitor who has atleast 2 years’ PQE. It’s important that you have experience in working on large scale projects with an IT and tech focus. You will be able to demonstrate experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.
