Job title: Commercial Solicitor, Reading

Salary: £55k-£75k

PQE Level: 2-6 PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

You will be joining a top ranked law firm in their leading commercial team in a unique role. They have an exciting opening for a junior commercial solicitor up to around 6 years qualified to engage in high-calibre work directly with an in house client.

As a commercial solicitor, you will be responsible for:

  • Work on:
    • Commercial agreements
    • Agency & distribution agreements
    • Outsourcing agreements
    • IT & Tech Contracts
    • E-Commerce
    • Data protection

To be considered for this role you will:

  • Have trained and qualified with a great commercial team
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to arrive at the best legal solutions.
  • Have impressive client-facing experience
  • Have good writing skills to draft professional and accurate legal documents and reports.
