Job title: Commercial Solicitor
Location: Southampton
Salary: £62k-£72k – depending on experience
PQE Level: 3-5
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time

This position would see you joining an impressive regional team, representing a range of FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies on business-critical and high calibre transactions and regulatory matters. The team are an integral part of what makes this UK Top 20 firm a success and plays a vital role in keeping the firm in competition with some of the leading City firms.

You would be joining a practice focusing IP, IT and Data Protection matters led by three partners who are counted amongst the foremost experts on these unique areas of law. You will be working on a wide spectrum of matters, negotiating large outsourcing deals to drafting smaller bespoke contracts for an enviable client list. If you have experience in commercial contracts, IT service agreements and or Data protection then this role could be the ideal position to take the next step in your career with one of the largest and most highly regarded teams in this area of law.
