Construction Solicitor 2PQE+ Bristol

Award winning construction team are seeking a construction solicitor to work on a contentious construction caseload. This construction team are led by impressive partners who are listed and recognised in directories. This construction team are based in Bristol and work on a hybrid, flexible basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of high value construction disputes resolution and advisory matters.
  • Caseload of complex contentious construction matters to include; loss and expense claims, defect issues and PFI/projects disputes.
  • Working with clients from across multiple sectors to include healthcare, local government and housing associations.
  • Provide legal advice and support to those in the construction industry to include; developers, funders and contractors.
  • Assist with business development.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor with atleast 2 PQE in construction disputes. If this has been a part of a wider caseload, please still apply.
  • PFI/Projects experience is desirable.
  • You must be ambitious and excited to take on challenging work in order to develop your career.
  • Part or full time applications can be considered.

Job Tenure: Permanent and Full-Time
Salary: £59000 – £67000 per annum
