Overview
This exceptional construction team are looking to hire a construction solicitor to work on a range of non contentious construction matters. We would welcome applications from constructions NQs.
Working for a broad range of clients, from public, bodies to property developers, purchasers to contractors, you will be working on a high quality of construction work.
You will be working on matters from inception to completion on a non contentious caseload. Working on important infrastructure projects, your caseload will include the preparation and negotiation of construction documents, drafting performance bonds, guarantees and collateral warranties.
The successful construction solicitor will have experience in non contentious construction. You must be comfortable with negotiating and drafting construction contracts, warranties, appointments and providing due diligence as part of a real estate transaction. If you are an NQ solicitor, hoping to qualify into non contentious construction – you must have a high calibre of construction experience as part of a training seat.
