Construction Solicitor – Bristol

We are seeking a talented and experienced Construction Solicitor to join our highly ranked team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a leading law firm and become a part of a dynamic and collaborative construction team to work on a wide range of construction related professional indemnity matters on behalf of defendant insurer clients. This construction solicitor will have atleast 4 years’ PQE in construction and professional indemnity.

Role:

As a Construction Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling Professional Indemnity matters for a wide range of construction professionals. You will manage a caseload of professional negligence on behalf of defendant insurer clients on professional indemnity disputes and complex coverage advice. As part of this highly ranked professional indemnity team, you will be providing high-quality legal advice and representation, as well as managing client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE.
  • Strong background in professional indemnity disputes in the construction sector, ideally of a high value.
  • Ideally, you will have experience working for insurer clients on defending claims.
  • A vast range of experience in giving complex coverage advice.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Tenure: Permanent and Full-Time
Salary: £63000 – £75000 per annum
