A superb opportunity for a 3 – 4 PQE non-contentious – construction lawyer looking to join a Top 100 UK law firm in either their Exeter or Bristol office.
This is an exceptional firm, modern and progressive with a first-rate construction department – Legal 500 and Chambers acclaimed.
The department is going from strength to strength, and they are now looking to bolster this nationally recognised practice with an experienced and ambitious lawyer at ideally the 3 -4 PQE year mark.
This role will focus on high quality non- contentious construction and infrastructure work.
The beauty of this role is the breadth- you’ll work with such a range of clients from household name developers, main contractors and sub-contractors to public bodies and funders. Your role will be interesting and varied and you can expect to work across a wide range of construction projects and sectors, including commercial development, renewable energy, residential, operation/maintenance/service contracts and facilities management.
With a firm grounding in non-contentious construction, you can expect to draft, review and negotiate contracts, including JCT, NEC and FIDIS agreements.
The ideal candidate will have around 3-4 years PQE in non-contentious construction law with strong drafting and communication skills.
