Conveyancer – Bristol

Excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal to progress into a Conveyancer role with a highly-regarded national law firm.

Our client is an award-winning UK law firm with offices spread across the South of England. They are currently looking for a Conveyancer to join their dynamic Conveyancing (Plot Sales) team in Bristol.

The role will involve handling your own caseload which will consist of sales of properties via auction, transfers of equity and other transactions where they act for business clients. You will be managing matters throughout the span of their lifecycle and will oversee tasks including: reviewing key documentation, managing completion, resolving due diligence issues, etc.

To be considered, they will consider both junior conveyancers/exceptional conveyancing assistants or more experienced conveyancing fee earners with existing transactional experience who might be working towards qualification.
