JOB Title: Corporate Lawyer
LOCATION: London
SALARY: From £150,000 + Bonus
A leading global firm is looking to add an experienced Corporate Lawyer to their well-regarded Corporate team in London. This position is ideal for a candidate with 2+ years of post-qualification experience who is keen to advance their career in a challenging and rewarding environment.
The successful candidate will advise both public and private companies on complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, intra-group reorganisations, and general corporate advisory work. The role involves handling a diverse range of M&A transactions, joint ventures, and private equity deals, often across multiple jurisdictions. The candidate will be expected to take the lead in client interactions and manage transactions with a high degree of autonomy.
This opportunity provides the chance to work closely with a globally recognised Corporate Partner, who is highly ranked in legal directories such as Legal 500, IFLR 1000, London Super Lawyers, and ALB’s Hot 40. The role offers substantial autonomy and the opportunity to develop expertise by working on significant and complex transactions.
The ideal candidate will have an outstanding academic background and experience from a leading international or City firm. They should be confident in managing client relationships and taking on the role of lead associate on major deals.
