Corporate Solicitor (5+ PQE) – Bristol
Are you an experienced Corporate Solicitor looking for an exciting new opportunity in a dynamic and innovative environment? Our client is an international business seeking a highly skilled corporate solicitor to join their expanding team to be based in their Bristol office.
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be stepping into a client-facing, private practice role bringing your expertise to handle high-end company work, collaborating with top firms.
The successful corporate solicitor will have a minimum 5+ PQE and can expect to provide corporate legal advice on a broad range of client solutions, including corporate structuring and reorganisations, M&A, equity investments, joint ventures, and equity incentive arrangements, both domestically and cross-border.
High level of technical knowledge in UK corporate and contract law together with strong academic, technical, and personal skills are essential. You will be comercially minded and be an individual who thrives in an innovative environment, as you can expect to be constantly at the cutting edge of tech and new processes.
