Corporate Solicitor – Cheltenham
In the heart of Cheltenham, this full-service award-winning commercial law firm are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to get involved in a wide range of corporate work such as Mergers, Restructuring/ Reorganisation, JV and advising on cross border and tax issues.
Our client is ideally looking for someone with at least 3+ PQE of corporate experience ideally gained from a large regional or national practice. You can expect to play an active role in business development and supervising more junior team members.
