Job title: Corporate Solicitor, Southampton

Salary: £52k-£62k

PQE Level: 2+ PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

You will be joining a modern Legal 500 firm in their first class corporate team. As a mid level corporate solicitor, you will be working closely with a range of public and private sector clients

As a corporate solicitor, you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting with a range of clients and liaising on their transactional matters
  • Corporate governance matters
  • Helping supervise and train junior solicitors

To be considered for this role you will:

  • Have an excellent transactional background during your training and post qualification, ideally with experience working with healthcare clients
  • Excellent Organisation skills
  • Client-facing experience
  • Good writing skills to draft professional and accurate legal documents and reports.
