Salary: £65k-£80k – depending on experience
PQE Level: 3-6

Working Hours: Full-time
Our highly regarded client has received significant praise over the years by the legal directories for their corporate work. They are now looking for a further team member to bolster their corporate team and to work alongside a highly rated team of partners. As a solicitor in this corporate team, you will be handling complex corporate matters and assisting in the firm’s client development efforts. The work is varied and interesting and will include:
- Joint Ventures
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Private equity buy-outs
- Restructuring
- Banking
