Our client is a well-established local multi office practice with a strong reputation and presence in the Bristol market. This firm has a number of offices across the region, but this role will be based in their Bristol office.

The firm are looking to recruit an experienced laywer to join them and head up their successful Court of Protection Team.

You will enjoy a varied diet of high-quality work advising clients in relation to the making of Court of Protection applications, Deputyship and Trustee Act Applications, day to day management of Deputyship files, disputes over financial issues, welfare and preparing Statutory Will and Statutory Gift applications.

This is a well-established role with room to further build and develop this valued team. As head of department, the successful candidate will be expected to lead and mentor the team.

This role would suit an experienced Court of Protection Lawyer who is looking to further develop their career and in return, can expect to join a highly ranked team on an excellent quality of work, working with a collegiate firm who encourage career development.

Job Tenure: Permanent and Full-Time
Salary: £40000 – £60000 per annum
