Description

As a Credit Controller, your role responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the receivables ledger, ensuring timely payment from clients
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients
  • Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts
  • Produce monthly reports on debtor status
  • Resolve any queries or issues with client accounts
  • Collaborate with the accounting & finance team to achieve targets
  • Contribute to the improvement of systems and processes
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience within the Property industry is advantageous
  • Exceptional numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A results-driven attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
