Description

  • Management and tracking of debtor accounts
  • Ensuring timely payments of debts
  • Processing and reconciliation of invoices
  • Dealing with payment queries
  • Providing administrative support to the finance team
  • Preparing statements reflecting the company’s financial status
  • Negotiating re-payment plans
  • Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and accounting software
  • Knowledge of working in a similar role – Essential
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work within a team
