The purpose of this role is to provide management and financial accounting analysis for development, construction, and sales operations.

Description
- To aid in the preparation of yearly statutory financial statements and notes to statements for the applicable area of responsibility.
- Communicate with external auditors during the interim and yearly audits.
- To provide a complete financial service while guaranteeing that financial and accounting data are correctly represented in accounting systems.
- To aid department heads in making financial-based choices.
- To aid in coordinating the creation of yearly budgets with the appropriate budget holders.
- To create monthly, quarterly, and other ad hoc management account reports and key indicators for the appropriate areas.
- Establish a good working connection with our external development partners, learning about their systems, time lines, and reporting capabilities to guarantee the receiving of accurate and timely information.
Profile

Professional Accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Excellent project management and organising abilities.
- Preference for those who have worked in construction or residential property development.
- Excellent communication, and influence skills.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary between £55,000 – £65,000
