Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, Board and Committees and governance activities including managing information and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Organise travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO as required.
  • Assist with drafting and proofing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Maintain and manage confidential records and files with the utmost discretion.
  • Support the CEO in implementing strategic initiatives and key projects.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the CEO’s office.

Profile

A successful EA to CEO should have:

  • Proven experience in providing executive-level administrative support, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with office software, including word processing and presentation tools.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • A professional and approachable demeanour when interacting with stakeholders.
