Description

  • Provide efficient support to the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records.
  • Ensure accuracy of data entry and financial documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members in the completion of monthly reports.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process.
  • Support the management in financial audits.
  • Contribute to the financial health of the company by implementing financial policies.
  • Handle any ad-hoc financial tasks assigned.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Assistant should have:

* Proven track record in an administrative role

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent customer service skills

* Good computer skills, including Excel spreadsheets
