Description
- Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Participate in regular tax audits and payroll.
- Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing.
- Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department.
- Organise financial data into usable information and maintain updated records.
- Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Proven experience in the Accounting & Finance department.
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
- Understanding of Not For Profit organisations.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Sharp time management skills.
- Strong ethics, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
