Role: Funds Lawyer

An elite global law firm is seeking an investment funds associate to join its funds team. This is a key hire for a practice advising top-tier sponsors on fund structuring, launches, and capital raising across private credit strategies.
The firm needs a lawyer who can handle complex fund formations and advise on fund-level financing, subscription lines, and NAV facilities. Clients are sophisticated, the deals are intricate, and the legal challenges require a sharp, commercially minded approach.
This role offers more than just high-value work. It provides direct client access, strategic involvement in fund structuring decisions, and a clear path for career progression. The firm’s culture is built on collaboration rather than hierarchy, ensuring lawyers have real influence in shaping the practice.
Candidates must have at least two years’ PQE at a top-tier London, Australian, or New Zealand law firm, with strong experience in private funds.
