A leading branded restaurant in Watford is looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to take the reins and lead their team to continued success. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven leader who thrives in a high-energy environment and knows how to deliver both outstanding guest experiences and commercial performance.
What you’ll be doing:
As General Manager, you’ll have full responsibility for the performance and day-to-day running of the site. You’ll manage the full P&L, lead from the front, and ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience. Your leadership will be focused on people – developing your management team, driving performance, and creating a strong pipeline of future leaders through regular appraisals, mentoring, and succession planning.
You’ll be visible and hands-on on the floor, ensuring service standards are met, supporting HR processes, and maintaining a culture where individuality, collaboration, and high standards are championed.
