I am working with an exciting new international brand launching into the UK market, with ambitious expansion plans over the next few years. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced General Managers to join at the very beginning of the journey and play a key role in building something special.

The General Manager Role:
- Delivering exceptional service and an outstanding guest experience
- Recruiting, training, and coaching both front and back-of-house teams
- Managing the full day-to-day operation of the site
- Driving sales and maximising profitability
- Managing labour, stock, and operational costs in line with budget
- Creating a positive, engaging culture where both team and guests feel valued
- Taking full accountability for commercial performance and KPIs
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong financial awareness and P&L management experience
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
- Energy, resilience, and a proactive mindset
