What’s the role?
You’ll be the face of the business – guest-obsessed, visible on the floor, and known in the community. You’ll create strong local partnerships, build lasting relationships with regulars, and energise your team through hands-on leadership.

You’ll take full responsibility for financial performance, team development, and local marketing initiatives, with the scope to influence wider brand strategy. This is a role for someone who brings energy, ambition, and a desire to make a lasting impact.

What are we looking for?

  • A proven operator from a premium background – high volume, high spend per head
  • A track record of building and leading large, high-performing teams
  • A sharp commercial brain – confident with P&L, strategy, and performance metrics
  • Genuine passion for hospitality – especially food, wine, and service
  • Ideally WSET qualified to advanced level
  • Someone who coaches, mentors and develops future leaders
  • Charisma, confidence and the ability to connect with both guests and teams
