As Head of Food , you’ll play a key role in driving the success of food operations, elevating standards, and enhancing the overall experience across our North -based sites. Head of Food requirements:
* Experience as an Executive Chef or Head of Food managing multiple sites!
* Strong leadership skills with expertise in kitchen management and menu development.
* Previous operational BOH and financial management.
